Redemption and Purposeful Work – Panel

What happens when work becomes more than a paycheck—and becomes a place of purpose, healing, and impact? In this powerful panel from the Workplace Track at the Fourth Lausanne Congress, five women from diverse nations and industries share honest stories of redemption, transformation, and God’s faithful presence in the marketplace.

  • Vicky Nagrani (India) shares how his journey from family business to faith-filled entrepreneurship reshaped his understanding of success, generosity, and kingdom business in the real estate sector.
  • Juliet Kasiita (Uganda) reflects on how even humble beginnings—like fetching water—can teach us to co-create with God, serve others, and build a redemptive workplace culture grounded in faithfulness.
  • Shelette Stewart (USA) challenges leaders to intentionally cultivate God-honoring organizational culture—one rooted in love, vision, and prayer—and offers a biblical roadmap for cultural change.
  • Martha Wame (Pacific Islands) shares a deeply personal testimony of community transformation born out of grief, poverty, and prayer—reminding us that God redeems even the most broken places when we say “yes” to Him.
